Amenities include a lovely commons with a fire pit, BBQ grill for outdoor meals, and covered food preparation area affectionately known as the clam shed. Seating is ideal for barbeques, picnics, lawn games, and gatherings of many sizes.
The peninsula is home to clamming beaches, two golf courses, Leadbetter State Park, Cape Disappointment State Park, two lighthouses, Willapa National Wildlife Refuge, sites for hiking, birding and fishing, a pool, active senior center, movie theater, horse-back riding, wonderful restaurants and many more areas. All ages will find something to explore.

Each cottage is unique. We are your home away from home. Cottages range from a single room cabana (studio) to an A-frame cabin that sleeps 6. Most cottages have a full kitchen to accommodate cooking for longer visits. Each cottage includes: bathroom with shower, dining area, TV/DVD, free WiFi, and a private deck – perfect for every little getaway. Klipsan Beach Cottages is a pet-free beach destination.
